Printing Guide

This guide will help you understand how to print your BaseTags.

BaseTags should be printed using a resin based 3D printer.

Suggested print settings:

  • Bottom Exposure: 40 seconds
  • Exposure: 2.2 seconds
  • Lift Distance: 1.5 mm
  • Lift Speed: 120 mm/min
  • Retract Speed: 180 mm/min
  • Layer Height: 0.03 mm
  • Resin Temperature: 25 degrees Celsius

Support Settings:

  • Tilt: +40 degrees (X Axis)
  • Raft: Skate Raft
  • Supports: Auto Supports (medium), with additional light supports on all four corners (unless already supported) and the center of the BaseTag top and bottom (to avoid deflecting during printing)

Please check that no additional supports are required

Printer Used for Test Printing: AnyCubic Photon Mono 4k,

These settings assist good print quality and stability during the printing process.

Adjustments may be needed based on specific printer capabilities and resin types used.
