1. Use of the Website

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website.

1.2. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

1.3. You agree not to use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website.

2. User Accounts

2.1. In order to access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Basetags

3.1. Basetags are custom nameplates for wargaming figures that can be designed and purchased through the Website.

3.2. Basetags purchased through the Website are provided under a Creative Commons Free Use License.

4. Purchases

4.1. All purchases made through the Website are subject to our Payment Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference.

4.2. Prices for Basetags are subject to change without notice.

4.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TagMyBase or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

5.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on the Website without the prior written consent of BaseTags ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. In no event shall TagMyBase, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Website, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.

7.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TagMyBase, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website.

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.0 Purchasing / sharing BaseTags ltd. products..

11.1 BaseTags ltd. is the owner of all the STL files provided. The STL files are copyrighted.

11.2 You may print / sell / gift physical copies of BaseTags, provided that you, or if a printer, your customer, purchased the BaseTag from tagmybase.com.

11.3 You may not sell or market the STLs in any way, shape or form.

11.4 The files are legally available to purchase from our Website store accessed viawww.tagmybase.com

11.5 You may send the STL version electronically only, if you are a Customer sending the STL file to a fabricator to print for your use only.

12.0 Licence to Market / Selltagmybase.comproducts

12.1 You are permitted to print physical copies of our STL files and sell the printed miniatures for commercial gain. You can sell any physical copies of an STL you download from us.

12.2 You must credit the STLs to BaseTags ltd. and link to our website (www.tagmybase.com) from your store or platform.

12.3 You cannot use our marketing materials or renders of the miniatures to sell the miniatures. Our images are copyrighted and are only for use on our own platforms.

12.4 You must not sell the STL files, or upload them to the internet for free. You cannot rent them, gift them, sell them or transfer them through any platform on or off the internet (see clause 11.5 above).

12.5 You must not edit the STL files and you cannot use the STL files or parts of them to create new content. The whole of our STLs are copyrighted and belong to BaseTags ltd. You cannot use them for your own purposes - this includes using them in video games etc.

12.6 You cannot use our miniatures for crowdfunding campaigns or in any commercial venture (ie. as part of a board game).

12.7 If you are found to be selling / distributing or uploading the STL files to the internet (other than by clause 11.5 above), BaseTags ltd. reserves the right to remove you from our website with immediate effect and with no refund.

12.8 If BaseTags ltd. receives a number of complaints from our referred customers regarding the quality of the prints provided,BaseTags ltd. reserves the right to remove you from our Fabricators list, following investigation.
